These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of aicompressvideo.com (the “Service”), including our online video compressor. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

aicompressvideo.com provides a browser-based video compressor and related media tools. Many tools are designed to process files locally in your browser. Optional account, billing, credit, and cloud-assisted features may also be available.

We do not guarantee a specific output size, visual quality, processing speed, third-party upload acceptance, or uninterrupted availability. Results depend on your source file, browser, device, settings, and network conditions.

Local processing

For local tools:

• processing is intended to run on your device
• keep the browser tab open while a job is running
• very large files, long videos, low-memory devices, or unsupported codecs may fail or take longer
• you remain responsible for keeping copies of your original files

Accounts

Some features may require an account. If you create or use an account:

• provide accurate information
• keep your login credentials and connected accounts secure
• you are responsible for activity that occurs under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Service or other users.

Payments, plans, and credits

Paid plans, subscriptions, and credit packs are billed through our payment provider. Prices, included usage, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or on the pricing page.

• fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us
• unused credits may expire according to the plan or package terms shown at purchase
• you authorize recurring charges for subscriptions until canceled through the billing portal or available account settings

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service in violation of applicable law
• process or submit content you do not have the rights to use
• upload or generate unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content through cloud features
• attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape in an abusive way, reverse engineer, or bypass security or usage limits
• misuse accounts, credits, trials, or promotional offers
• interfere with other users’ access to the Service

Your content

You retain rights to media and other content you process or submit.

• For local tools, your files stay on your device during the intended workflow.
• For cloud-assisted features, you grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display the submitted content as needed to provide the requested result and operate the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content and use of outputs do not violate law or third-party rights.

Intellectual property

The Service—including its branding, interface, software, text, and design—is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our software or branding except as expressly allowed by the Service or written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Termination
